Update or pause a ad set: name, status (PAUSED, ACTIVE, ARCHIVED, DELETED), dailyBudget, lifetimeBudget, bidAmount, endTime, targeting. Pausing needs no confirm; ACTIVE, spend changes and DELETED/ARCHIVED (irreversible) need confirm: true
