POST /api/v1/ads/ads POST

Create an ad from an ad set and a creative. PAUSED by default; requires confirm: true

PATCH /api/v1/ads/ads/{id} PATCH

Update or pause a ad: name, status (PAUSED, ACTIVE, ARCHIVED, DELETED). Pausing needs no confirm; ACTIVE, spend changes and DELETED/ARCHIVED (irreversible) need confirm: true
