POST /api/v1/accounts/{id}/tiktok-business/posts/{postId}/ad-authorization POST

Enables (/business/post/authorize/setting/, days 7, 30, 60, 180 or 365, default 30), extends (/business/post/authorize/) or disables the "Ad authorization" of a post so an advertiser can run it as a Spark Ad. Needs biz.spark.auth. Queued for approval (202) while approval applies

GET /api/v1/accounts/{id}/tiktok-business/permissions GET

Re-reads the permissions the account granted to its token (/tt_user/token_info/get/), stores them as the account's scopes and lists what is missing: missingPermissions (permission and the features it blocks), notGranted (every scope Postgale requests but the token lacks). TikTok Business permissions come from the scopes configured on the TikTok for Business app and the account owner's consent
